Where will you be working? M Group Highways. At M Group Highways, we’re supporting the safe transportation and movement of people across the UK. You’ll be joining our Highways maintenance team, as the UK’s number one highway maintenance contractor, our teams use the latest innovations to create effective solutions. We offer a range of services including planned and reactive maintenance and highway improvement schemes.

What will you be doing? You’ll bring your expertise in Highways to carry out a variety of essential tasks including:

  • Pothole repairs
  • Excavation works
  • Laying & levelling kerbs, slabs and bitumen macadam
  • Drainage and gully installations

We’re looking for people who can operate and maintain plant equipment, install traffic managements and support emergency call outs and winter operations. Do you want to keep communities moving? Do you enjoy manual, outdoor work? Join our Highways team!

What you’ll bring:

  • Clean driving License
  • A commitment to Health and Safety - it’s at the heart of everything we do!
  • Good communication skills and basic literacy and numeracy
  • Ability to carry out manual work outdoors, in all weather conditions
  • CSCS Card (or willingness to obtain)
  • NRSWA qualification (or willingness to obtain)
  • HGV Class C driving licence is highly desirable (or demonstrate ability to obtain one)
