Where will you be working?

We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure. This role will be within our Demand management and network infrastructure team. We look after 60 million meters and our teams provide advanced metering solutions to help manage demand for essential suppliers.

What you'll be doing?

This role focuses on identifying skills and knowledge gaps through consultation with managers and performance data analysis to inform targeted training initiatives. It supports the development and updating of training materials, including guides and visual resources, while coordinating effective onboarding and induction programmes for new employees. Responsibilities include:

  • Organising training logistics
  • Liaising with subject matter experts to deliver sessions
  • Acting as the main point of contact for training enquiries
  • Evaluating training effectiveness by gathering and analysing feedback

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience designing, coordinating and delivering training
  • Ability to assess training needs
  • Confident delivering training both face to face and virtually
  • Strong presenting skills with the ability to adapt training style for different needs
  • Support onboarding, refresher training and continuous improvement activity
  • Ability to measure the effectiveness of training, using feedback to improve future delivery
