Where will you be working?

We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure. This role will be within our Demand management and network infrastructure team. We look after 60 million meters and our teams provide advanced metering solutions to help manage demand for essential suppliers.

What you'll be doing?

This role utilises strong process-mapping expertise, including Visio, to capture and analyse current-state operations across multiple departments. It involves interviewing staff, observing workflows, and gathering operational data to identify performance trends, delays, cost drivers, and waste. Working closely with the Continuous Improvement team, the role designs future-state processes aligned with organisational objectives and supports the implementation of new systems and solutions. Responsibilities include producing clear process maps, flowcharts, and swimlane diagrams, maintaining version-controlled documentation, and reviewing adherence to standard ways of working to ensure consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
