We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. This role will be within our Demand management and network infrastructure team. We look after 60 million meters and our teams provide advanced metering solutions to help manage demand for essential suppliers.

What will you be doing?

  • You’ll support Toughbook users, Smart Metering Operatives, and managers by training, coaching, and providing clear hardware and software guidance.
  • You’ll identify skills gaps, conduct competency assessments, and deliver 1-1 coaching sessions.
  • You’ll maintain training materials, ensure compliance, and oversee refresher programmes.
  • Daily, you’ll validate reports, address feedback errors, and create improvement plans.
  • Your role includes collaborating with managers, promoting commercial awareness, and offering operational telephone support.
  • You’ll also assist with asset inventory, handle new starter and leaver equipment logistics, and ensure all process documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
