Where you'll be working?

We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure. This role will be within our demand management and network infrastructure team. We look after 60 million meters and our teams provide advanced metering solutions to help manage demand for essential suppliers.

What you'll be doing?

As our Scheduler you'll be responsible for ensuring operatives have full days work on a daily basis. You'll need to manage the appointments, ensuring operatives are scheduled the optimum route. You'll need to manage rotational buckets every month across all work streams. You'll be responsible for answering calls and following the correct process including logging all call information correctly and immediately. You'll be maintaining regular communication with the operations team to ensure that all teams are updated with the necessary information to ensure the smooth running of the day to day operations.
