Right across infrastructure, there’s a requirement to not only maintain, but also renew and reimagine. Delivering essential infrastructure services for life, while being safety first, and client and customer centric in a friendly, fun and respectful environment where you are encouraged to thrive. This role is based in the South, with most notable locations being Heathrow & Gatwick Airports. With over 40 years experience, we’re a trusted partner with the expertise to get the work done.
Key Responsibilities/what they’ll be doing
- Cost Management: Can you prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets? You’ll ensure effective financial control from pre-construction to final account.
- Contract Administration: Are you experienced in managing contracts and negotiating terms? You’ll lead this process with confidence and clarity.
- Risk & Procurement: Do you excel at identifying risks and managing procurement processes? You’ll ensure projects stay on track, within budget, and on time.
- Team Collaboration & Leadership: Are you enthusiastic about mentoring others? You’ll share your expertise and support junior staff to ensure project success.
What you'll bring
- Qualifications: Do you have a degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field? MRICS or CICES accreditation is preferred.
- Experience: Have you worked in civil engineering, rail, aviation, defence, or other safety-critical sectors? We’re looking for significant experience.
- Strong working knowledge of NEC3/4 suite of contracts, in particular Term Service Contracts.
- Skills: Are you proficient with cost management software (Oracle) and Microsoft Office? Do you have strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills?
