M Group Transport (Rail & Aviation) - when it comes to aviation, we deliver a variety of maintenance capital delivery projects across locations nationwide. This role is based in the South, with most notable locations being Heathrow & Gatwick Airports. With over 40 years' experience, we're a trusted partner with the expertise to get the work done.
Key Responsibilities/what they'll be doing
- Cost Management: Can you support the preparation of accurate cost estimates and budgets? You'll ensure effective financial control from pre-construction to final account.
- Contract Administration: Are you experienced in administering contracts and understanding terms? You'll support this process with enthusiasm and clarity.
- Risk & Procurement: Are you able to identifying risks and support procurement processes? You'll ensure projects stay on track, within budget, and on time.
- Team Collaboration & Leadership: Are you enthusiastic about learning? You'll be exposed to expertise, give & receive support to ensure project success.
What you'll bring

- Qualifications: Do you have a degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field?
- Experience: Have you worked in civil engineering, rail, aviation, defence, or other safety-critical sectors?
- Do you have a working knowledge of NEC3/4 suite of contracts. In particular ECC Options A, C or E.
- Skills: Are you proficient with Microsoft Office? Do you have analytical, communication, and negotiation skills?
