As an organisation, there is little we don’t do and plenty to get involved in. Our Group Support roles are vital in making sure we can help over 11,000 people deliver essential infrastructure seamlessly across water, energy, transport and telecom.

What will you be doing?
We\'re looking for a passionate and proactive business partner to support our central teams—Procurement, Marketing, Finance, and Commercial—bringing expert guidance, insight, and challenge. You\'ll play a key role in identifying performance improvement opportunities, enhancing financial awareness through training, and supporting delivery of commercial targets. With strong analytical skills, you\'ll lead cost analysis and manage key divisional relationships, all while driving best practice improvements. You\'ll also support M&A integrations, lead month-end reporting, and take full ownership of holding company accounts. If you\'re ready to make an impact through strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Bring
- Qualified Accountant with relevant post qualification experience
- Committed team player with a proven ability to hit deadlines, in a fast-paced environment
- Strong commercial acumen to support delivery of business & Group functions goals
- Strong focus on controls, processes, and continuous improvement
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships and to use these relationships to get results
- Ability to challenge senior stakeholders and operate with impact and influence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of using Oracle would be advantageous but not essential
