Whatever stage you're at in your career, with us you'll have an opportunity to grow and develop. Our Rail team manages a wide range of specialist rail engineering works and projects delivering civils, track, power, electrical solutions and station structures across all rail routes in the UK.
In this role, you'll support Quantity Surveyors with contract reviews, procurement of sub-contract packages, and accurate measurement and valuation of works and variations. Regular site visits will help you track progress and identify opportunities. You'll manage subcontractor payments, support cash-flow forecasting, and contribute to commercial reporting. You'll also help ensure KPIs are met, recovery is maximised, and all commercial processes from EWNs to Work Order closeouts are completed efficiently.
Degree qualified, or working towards a degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Management, or similar.
- Demonstrable experience of working in a commercial team
- Ideally have worked within the civil engineering sector
