This role will be within our Water Division, working on one of our current three frameworks with Scottish Water.
· SR21 DV1 : Capital works water and wastewater framework, delivered by the Caledonia Water Alliance (CWA) Joint Venture. Primarily infrastructure and civil engineering project improving network resilient and protecting the environment.
· SR21 DV2 : Predominantly MEICA based capital maintenance framework on existing water and wastewater assets. Upgrade, refurbishment and high value capital maintenance projects
· SR27 DV4 : The integrated design and construction of civil and infrastructure projects within SW 12 years enterprise arrangement. Project and progharmeme opportunities across the full capital investment programme.

As Quantity Surveyor you'll play a key role in our Commercial Team, managing administration for the commercial and financial aspects of our Capital Delivery Framework. Closely collaborating with delivery teams, you'll support both clean and waste infrastructure projects.\You'll provide robust estimation, accurate forecasting, and support delivery of procurement strategies, enabling project success.
What you'll bring
Do you have a degree in Quantity Surveying or an HNC/HND in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, plus specific QS/commercial experience?
Can you demonstrate strong financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting skills?
Are you confident working cross-functionally with commercial, delivery, and procurement teams?
Will you challenge variances, drive value, and help deliver project success?
Do you hold a valid UK driving licence?
