As our Financial Accountant, you'll be at the heart of our finance function, delivering high-quality financial statements and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Reporting to the Senior Finance Business Partner, you'll manage the balance sheet and monthly reconciliations, and lead a small team covering management accounts, credit control, and customer invoicing. Working closely with both finance and non-finance stakeholders across the Telecom Division and M Group, you'll provide insightful financial analysis, maintain robust internal controls, and encourage process improvements.

Your collaborative approach will help maintain smooth operations while supporting and developing your team, with regular 1-2-1 meetings ensuring objectives and growth are always prioritised.

  • Qualified accountant status, with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
  • Ambition to contribute to the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of our financial reporting.
  • Strong technical expertise in statutory reporting, UK GAAP/IFRS, audit processes, and internal controls.
  • A keen eye for detail when preparing financial statements, conducting reconciliations, and analysing financial performance.
  • Collaborative strength - you'll enjoy working closely with both finance and non-finance colleagues, explaining complex data and driving process enhancements.
