You’ll be joining our Highways maintenance team, as the UK’s number one highway maintenance contractor, our teams use the latest innovations to create effective solutions. We offer a range of services including planned and reactive maintenance and highway improvement schemes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Prepare spreadsheet for Fleet, Plant & Labour information from resource sheets and enter into Causeway.
  • Prepare overtime sheets for submission to Group each month.
  • Reconcile Fleet & Plant invoice to Causeway each month.
  • Manage on & off hire Plant & Fleet items.
  • Reconcile Payroll to Causeway labour costs.
  • Process Client invoices via Oracle.
  • Work on subcontractor payment runs and other ad-hoc admin duties with the team.

Requirements:

  • Be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in Purchase Ledger.
