Where will you be working?

At M Group Highways, we’re supporting the safe transportation and movement of people across the UK. We don’t just build roads and bridges - we’re building a better future, creating lasting social value that gives back to the communities in which we work. You’ll be joining our Highways maintenance team, as the UK’s number one highway maintenance contractor, our teams use the latest innovations to create effective solutions. We offer a range of services including planned and reactive maintenance and highway improvement schemes.

What will you be doing?

  • You’ll enter Material Goods Received Notes (GRNs) against Purchase Orders into Causeway.
  • Registering and matching supplier invoices in Causeway and monitoring unmatched invoices monthly.
  • You’ll reconcile supplier statements each month.
  • Prepare spreadsheet for Fleet, Plant & Labour information from resource sheets and enter into Causeway.
  • Prepare overtime sheets for submission to Group each month.
  • You’ll reconcile Fleet & Plant invoice to Causeway each month.
  • Manage on & off hire Plant & Fleet items as part of your role.
  • Reconcile Payroll to Causeway labour costs.
  • Enter stores issues, stock check and process journal into Causeway.
  • Process Client invoices via Oracle.
  • Work on subcontractor payment runs and other ad hoc admin duties with the team.

What you’ll bring

  • Be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Previous use of Causeway desirable.
  • Experience in Purchase Ledger.
