Where will you be working?

BGEN is one of the UK's largest multidisciplinary design and build contractors with over 100 years of industry experience. We support clients in the Water, Power & Energy, Pharmaceutical, Nuclear and Food and Beverage industries to deliver next generation, value-added engineering solutions.

What will you be doing?

You’ll grow your technical knowledge while working both in the office and on-site taking part in surveys, installations, client meetings, and design reviews. From preparing risk assessments and method statements to contributing to pre-job briefings, you’ll help ensure projects start safely and run smoothly. You’ll also assist with sourcing materials, tracking progress, and keeping everyone updated on risks or delays. Collaboration and communication will be at the heart of your role, making every step a shared success.

What you'll bring:

  • Degree in engineering, ideally electrical or systems
  • Experience in the water industry is a welcome bonus
  • Confident with IT and quick to learn new systems
  • Practical knowledge of CDM regulations through hands-on work
  • Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel as needed
