Where will you be working?
M Group Street Lighting
At M Group Highways, we’re supporting the safe transportation and movement of people across the UK. We don’t just build roads and bridges - we’re building a better future, creating lasting social value that gives back to the communities in which we work. You’ll be joining our Streetlighting team, as a major supplier of specialist highway electrical services, our streetlighting teams maintain and design over 350,000 street lighting assets. What will you be doing?
- Assisting with Subcontract management and payment processing.
- Cost analysis
- Working with DocuSign to manage document approval
- Estimating small value works
- Preparation and processing quotations
- Invoice processing
- Cost and Cash flow forecasting
- Ad hoc commercial tasks as required.
What you’ll bring
- Competent Excel skills; An ability to turn large data sets into clear summaries and conclusions.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Possess a task orientated flexible approach to work with the ability to meet tight deadlines as required.
- Experience in prioritising variable workloads to meet targets.
- Relevant Financial or Commercial experience would be desirable but not essential
