Where will you be working?
At M Group Telecom, we're enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.
We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.
Private networks- We find the best technology, manage assets and refresh systems. With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape.

What will you be doing? Champion a zero-harm safety culture , ensuring safe working practices, risk assessments, lone working requirements and SHEQ standards are followed at all times.
Lead, coach and develop a team of electricians, ensuring training, accreditations and competencies remain up to date.
Conduct regular site audits, investigate incidents and implement lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.
Manage electrical assets and equipment, ensuring all tools, PPE, testing equipment, PAT testing and calibration requirements are maintained.
Work closely with Delivery, Project, Resourcing and Field Management teams to ensure work is planned effectively and delivered safely, on time and to the required standards.
Monitor team performance, address delivery challenges and implement improvement plans where required.
Build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders and internal teams, providing regular reporting and operational updates.
Lead weekly team meetings, drive business improvement initiatives and support organisational change programmes.
Ensure project documentation, job packs, systems and compliance records are maintained in line with business and client requirements.
