Where will you be working?
We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We're problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure. This role will be within our water and wastewater capital project delivery team. Our teams deliver large-scale capital programmes aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment.
What will you be doing?
As our Senior Project Manager you'll be working on our Southern Water contract. Ensuring compliance with M Group Water procedures to support the delivery of world class health and safety, customer and quality performance. You'll collaborate with the client, designers and delivery teams throughout the Target Cost Setting, design and delivery phases of a project. Ensure compliance with M Group Water environmental processes and procedures. Deliver excellent customer service and achieve above target customer satisfaction scores minimise/reduce the number of complaints received. You'll drive increase productivity, without compromising on safety and continuously drive efficiency. Assist in maximising cash collection and minimising work in progress and deliver targeted margin. Ensure projects are delivered in a safe, efficient, timely way and promoting best practice in quality management.

- Degree/HNC/HND or equivalent in Civil Engineering or Construction preferable
- Management training such as Institute of Leadership and Management Level 5 or equivalent
- NEBOSH National Certificate (General or Construction) SMSTS
