We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. This role will be within our water and wastewater capital project delivery team. Our teams deliver large-scale capital programmes aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment.

As our Site Agent you'll be responsible for the day-to-day safe, efficient delivery of site activities in line with the approved programme and construction methodology. You'll lead and coordinate multiple work fronts including civils, tunnelling interfaces, trunk main installation, pumping station build, and MEICA activities. You'll lead and guide Sub-Agents, Section Engineers, Supervisors, and subcontractors to maintain strong productivity, quality, and safe delivery across all site activities. This includes carrying out inspections and audits while enforcing a zero-harm culture and ensuring full compliance with CDM regulations, permits, RAMS, and safe systems of work. You'll also oversee high-risk operations such as deep excavations, shafts, confined spaces, lifting activities, temporary works, and tunnelling interfaces, while ensuring robust environmental controls for groundwater, pollution, waste, noise, and dust.

The role also involves monitoring subcontractor performance, delivering site briefings and coordination meetings, and supporting the development of engineers and supervisors through mentoring and coaching.
