Ideally this role would be based in Newcastle however there is flexibility to be home based for the right candidate.
The Pricing Manager plays a critical role in shaping Energy In Home's commercial success by leading the development and implementation of pricing strategies aligned to growth ambitions, profitability targets and operational delivery requirements. Working closely with Sales & Strategy, Finance, Bid Management and Operational teams, you will ensure pricing approaches are robust, competitive and commercially sustainable.
This is a highly visible role requiring strong commercial leadership, analytical capability and stakeholder management skills. You will provide pricing governance, commercial modelling, benchmarking and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making, while ensuring pricing assumptions are regularly validated against actual business performance.
The successful candidate will operate with authority across bids, contract performance, delivery and commercial risk, acting as the commercial lead where required and driving continuous improvement in pricing disciplines across the business.
- Lead the development and implementation of pricing strategies across Energy In Home.
- Deliver financial modelling, benchmarking and sensitivity analysis to support business decisions.
- Work closely with Finance to reconcile bid assumptions against operational performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Provide forecasting, trend analysis and commercial insight to strengthen business performance.
- Challenge costs, assumptions and risks to ensure competitive and profitable submissions.
- Build strong partnerships with Sales, Operations, Finance and Bid teams to align commercial and operational objectives.
- Identify opportunities to enhance margin performance and commercial value.
- Improved bid win rates and contract profitability.
- Accurate forecasting and commercial reporting.

Proven track record in pricing management, commercial modelling, or financial analysis.
