Our team installs and maintains distribution networks and ensures reliable connections for customers, carrying out electrical planned work, customer connections, and network reinforcement.
We're looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team on projects across the UK. You'll assist with managing subcontractor accounts, preparing reports, and tracking project finances, ensuring compliance and minimising risks. From monitoring risk registers to valuing variations, you'll play a vital role in keeping projects efficient and profitable. This position also involves producing financial forecasts, analysing quotations, and working closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Commercial staff. You'll support the recovery of contract costs, streamline processes, and contribute to monthly financial reviews.
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Previous experience in a Quantity Surveying or Cost Clerk role
- Contract experience, capturing site records for variations and valuations; supporting a project team
