Where will you be working?
At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future. We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators. Private networks - We find the best technology, manage assets and refresh systems. With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape.
What will you be doing?
- Oversee engineer bookings, resource allocation, and scheduling
- Conduct and lead business continuity reviews and tests for operational resilience
- Oversee and support the AILS (Acceptance In to Live Service) process
- Host, lead, and oversee technical bridges with customers to resolve faults, including out-of-hours support
- Lead a team of network engineers in a 24x7x365 technical network environment providing supervision
What you’ll bring?
- Proven engineering or operational team leadership experience - ideally in a Cisco environment
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Understanding of fault ticketing systems and service operations
- Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency, especially Outlook and Forms
- Calm under pressure; adept at leading incident resolution in customer settings
- ITIL or service management framework experience (advantageous)
- Understanding of Cisco networks or similar networking qualification
