Where will you be working? Our Aviation team works across a wide range of specialist civil, mechanical and electrical engineering works including major international airports, regional airports and RAF airfields.

What will you be doing?

  • Ensure competent and timely delivery of site activities.
  • The Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of contracts, ensuring compliance with legal standards, and optimizing operational processes.
  • This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to lead teams to achieve organisational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and legal requirements.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency.
  • Supervise operational teams and manage resource allocation.
  • Monitor and report on contract performance and operational metrics.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to contracts and operations.
  • Maintain detailed records of all contracts and related documentation.
  • Monitor compliance with contract terms and evaluate performance against contractual obligations.
  • Improve operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Manage resources effectively to ensure the smooth operation of business activities.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to meet organisational goals.
  • Address operational issues promptly and implement solutions to avoid disruptions.
  • Supervise and mentor staff, fostering a productive work environment.

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in contract management and operations.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
