Where will you be working?
We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure. This role will be within our water and wastewater capital project delivery team. Our teams deliver large-scale capital programmes aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment.
What you will be doing
As the Performance Manager, you will monitor and evaluate Delivery, Commercial, SHEQ performance, identifying strengths and areas for improvement. You’ll contribute to performance reviews and improvement plans. You’ll track data and agree outputs. You’ll also provide reports into Anglian Water, providing contract targets and year-end goals.

- Competent in the use of Microsoft applications and willing to develop your skills in bespoke systems.
- Ability to monitor performance and spot trends early.
- Use analysis to identify ways to improve how we work.
- Work with others in the team to produce performance reviews and improvement plans.
- Collect results from information packs and agree outputs.
- Engage with both the client and the team to discuss the performance identified.
- Record and display progress against targets clearly and accurately.
