The role be within our Developer services team. Our developer services team connects water and wastewater services, installs lateral drains, and enables new developments access to vital water and wastewater services.

What will you be doing?
Youll be a vital part of our team, spending most of your time on-site across Thames Water Retail contracts, ensuring operational safety and compliance. Youll lead site inspections, review RAMS, prepare clear reports, and provide hands-on SHEQ guidance to teams.
Youll investigate incidents, support accident prevention initiatives, deliver inductions, and facilitate SHEQ training. Your knowledge will help maintain our industry standards, compiling KPI reports, supporting audits, and promoting a proactive safety culture for continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.
What youll bring
- Do you hold a NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate and valid CSCS or EUSR SHEA certification?
- Have you gained a solid understanding of UK health, safety, and environmental regulations?
- Can you demonstrate knowledge of the water industry, including temporary works and street works?
- Are you confident delivering engaging training, toolbox talks, and safety briefings? xgikmsk
