You’ll be joining our Highways maintenance team, as the UK’s number one highway maintenance contractor, our teams use the latest innovations to create effective solutions. Please note this is a part time, 16 hour vacancy.

What will you be doing? You’ll report into the Herefordshire Public Realm Business Director, you will operate across Herefordshire supporting in the delivery, recording and reporting of social value, and being part of a wider social value team that are creating legacy impact wherever we work. You’ll coordinate the delivery of the Social Value Delivery Plan by working with local charities, groups and organisations to deliver additional benefits to communities. Ensuring the accurate recording and reporting of social value across the contract, including performance against our key commitments. Proactively seek opportunities for our people to deliver meaningful legacy impact.

What you’ll bring: Great communication skills - verbal, written and report writing and presentation to ensure clarity in all situations and to effectively influence decision making. Forward thinking - capable of thinking ahead and planning for the future. An understanding of the benefits of collaboration and the results it can bring a business managing change. Able to generate new ideas which will be workable, realistic and resilient to future changes.
