Where will you be working?
We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure. This role will be within our Demand management and network infrastructure team. We look after 60 million meters and our teams provide advanced metering solutions to help manage demand for essential suppliers.
What will you be doing?
As a Trailer team general operative, you’ll ensure all related activities/works are undertaken safely, in line with M Group's procedures and industry best practice. You’ll complete and follow comprehensive and detailed risk assessments and will be responsible for setting up work sites and removal, within the code of practice. We’ll need you to report any damage/defects whilst working in highways with pedestrians and live traffic. You’ll be required to maintain a clean and safe work site, vehicle and tooling. Standby and Call out will be available.
What you’ll bring
- Do you hold a full UK Driving License? This is an essential requirement.
- Can you demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols and the ability to follow established procedures?
- Have you gained Water hygiene card, Water SHEA or CSCS?
- Do you hold Streetworks Operative Qualification, Emergency First Aid, Abrasive Wheels Manual Handling qualifications?
