We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. This role will be within our MEICA and capital maintenance team. Our Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control & Automation (MEICA) experts offer a one-stop solution, including ongoing operation and maintenance services.

We're looking for a Delivery Manager to play a key role in growing our Energy and Water infrastructure frameworks, with a particular focus on reliability maintenance and capital maintenance services. Instead, it is centred on framework development, client engagement and work winning identifying opportunities, shaping solutions, and converting pipeline into secured work across long-term client partnerships.

We operate across Energy and Water infrastructure, supporting critical national assets through reliability-led maintenance and targeted capital interventions. Our teams help clients:

  • Maintain and improve asset reliability and resilience
  • Extend asset life and optimise performance
  • Deliver small to medium capital maintenance schemes
  • Meet regulatory, environmental and operational compliance requirements

Within our MEICA Maintenance team, we provide full lifecycle support across Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control & Automation from inspection and maintenance through to upgrades and refurbishment. This role will focus on maximising value from existing frameworks, ensuring we are the partner of choice for both planned maintenance programmes and reactive/improvement-driven capital works.

You’ll identify and pursue work across reliability maintenance programmes, asset upgrades, and capital maintenance schemes, taking the lead on early engagement activities such as site visits, surveys, and solution development. Working closely with commercial teams, you’ll support the development of competitive, value-driven proposals and help expedite quotations. You’ll also monitor framework performance, KPIs, and demand trends to proactively identify growth areas.

Do you have proven experience in delivery across utilities, energy, water, or infrastructure sectors along with working within H&S and compliance-driven environment? Have you got a background in maintenance, reliability engineering, or capital delivery? Do you have proven ability to develop opportunities within existing frameworks or client accounts? Have you got experience supporting or leading surveys, scopes, quotations and work winning activities? Are you someone who has a strong understanding of asset reliability, lifecycle maintenance and capital interventions, Commercial awareness (costs, pricing, contract performance, KPIs)? Do you have the ability to engage clients on asset performance challenges and translate them into solutions? Do you have strong communication and stakeholder management skills? Have you got good IT skills (Microsoft Office and associated systems)? Do you have any Contract/Project Management qualifications? Do you hold a full UK Driving Licence?
