Our team installs and maintains distribution networks and ensures reliable connections for customers. carrying out electrical planned work, customer connections and network reinforcement.
We're looking for an Estimator to join our growing team in Bury St Edmunds .
This is a great opportunity for someone with estimating experience in the electrical infrastructure sector to play a key role in reviewing opportunities, preparing competitive tenders, and supporting the successful delivery of projects.
Working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and clients, you'll help drive projects from initial enquiry through to handover.
Review tender documents, identify risks, and flag any issues.
Work with procurement, suppliers, and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing.
Review projects technically and build accurate project cost estimates.
Produce project programmes and support the handover of awarded work.
Complete company procedures and financial documentation.
Help foster an inclusive and diverse working environment.
Experience estimating projects, ideally within the ICP and/or DNO sector.
Knowledge of HV & LV installations and switchgear.
Understanding of construction planning and project sequencing.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Full UK driving licence.
HNC or Degree in Electrical Engineering.
NEBOSH Safety Management qualification.
