Based at our Bury St Edmunds (Higham) office in Suffolk, you’ll be joining Aran, part of M Group Energy - an industry-leading provider of retrofit and energy efficiency solutions. With a strong reputation for quality and delivery, Aran is focused on raising standards across installation projects while improving the comfort, cost of living and sustainability of UK homes.
As a Technical Quality Manager, you’ll take ownership of technical quality, compliance and audit performance across retrofit installation works. This is a leadership role where you’ll influence how quality is delivered across the business, working closely with operational, technical and supply chain teams to ensure work is completed right first time and in line with industry standards.
- Leading compliance with PAS 2030, PAS 2035 and TrustMark requirements
- Overseeing internal quality audits, inspections and assurance processes
- Analysing audit outcomes and identifying trends, risks and improvements
- Driving corrective actions and embedding continuous improvement initiatives
- Managing accreditations, certifications and external audit readiness
- Providing technical support and guidance to operational teams and partners
- Monitoring installation performance and improving quality outcomes
- Supporting client audits, technical queries and compliance requirements
You’ll be central to ensuring high standards are maintained across all projects, helping the business deliver safely, compliantly and consistently.
Strong experience in retrofit, insulation or construction quality management is required, along with:
- In-depth knowledge of PAS 2030 / PAS 2035 frameworks
- Experience in technical compliance, audits or quality assurance
- Ability to interpret and apply technical standards in operational settings
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Confident communicator, able to influence at all levels
- Passion for quality, compliance and continuous improvement
Relevant health & safety or construction qualifications would be beneficial, but your experience in leading quality and driving standards is what really matters.
