Based at our Bury St Edmunds (Higham) office in Suffolk, you'll be joining Aran, part of M Group Energy - an industry-leading provider of retrofit and energy efficiency solutions. As a Technical Quality Manager, you'll take ownership of technical quality, compliance and audit performance across retrofit installation works. This is a leadership role where you'll influence how quality is delivered across the business - working closely with operational, technical and supply chain teams to ensure work is completed right first time and in line with industry standards.

  • Overseeing internal quality audits, inspections and assurance processes
  • Analysing audit outcomes and identifying trends, risks and improvements
  • Providing technical support and guidance to operational teams and partners
  • Monitoring installation performance and improving quality outcomes

You'll be central to ensuring high standards are maintained across all projects - helping the business deliver safely, compliantly and consistently.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in retrofit, insulation or construction quality management
  • Experience in technical compliance, audits or quality assurance
  • Passion for quality, compliance and continuous improvement
  • Relevant health & safety or construction qualifications would be beneficial, but your experience in leading quality and driving standards is what really matters.
