This role provides commercial leadership across cost and value performance, ensuring profit targets are achieved through effective reporting and change management. The role oversees the preparation and presentation of monthly CVRs and profit and loss accounts, while managing subcontractor procurement, applications, and payments. It also monitors aged debt and drives process improvements to enhance performance. Additionally, the role manages Early Warning and Compensation Event processes and supports the development and performance of the wider commercial team.

What you'll bring:

  • BSc in Commercial Management / Quantity Surveying or other related subject is desirable but not essential if you can demonstrate relevant experience within our sector.
  • Full driving licence as there will be an element of site based travel involved within the role.
