Where you’ll be working?

We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure. This role will be within our MEICA and capital maintenance team. Our Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control & Automation (MEICA) experts offer a one-stop solution, including ongoing operation and maintenance services.

What you'll be doing?

This role provides comprehensive administrative support to project and leadership teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Acting as the main point of contact for clients and suppliers, it manages communications, responses, and requests effectively. Responsibilities include supporting performance management through the preparation of reports and analysis of key data. Working closely with the Delivery Manager, the role assists in planning and organising resources, fleet, and equipment required for project delivery. It ensures coordination across teams, maintains accurate records, and supports efficient project execution while contributing to high standards of service and operational performance.
