M Group Highways

At M Group Highways, we’re supporting the safe transportation and movement of people across the UK. You’ll be joining our Civils projects team - We deliver specialist civil engineering for the private and public sectors across the UK, building strong relationships based on a collaborative approach.

What will you be doing?

  • You’ll be reviewing and improving the Health and Safety, Environmental and Quality Management Systems.
  • You’ll produce and carry out Internal Audit Schedule and monthly reports on the quality aspects of the project.
  • We’ll ask you to review the SHEQ preparations by the delivery team when preparing for maintenance and schemes.
  • Carrying out site quality and safety inspections.
  • You’ll assist the Project Managers / Site Agents producing Quality documentation and deliverables.
  • Reviewing Sub-Contractor performances against client and contract deliverables.
  • You’ll raise, record and review completion of Non-Conformances.
  • We’ll ask you to control production of Work Packs for operational use and client interaction during Site Surveillances.
  • Review collated Life Time Quality Records.
  • To ensure the highest possible Health, Safety & Environmental standards are employed across the service, adhering to M Group & NNB health and safety policy and environmental policy and actively supporting the behavioural safety culture that is an integral part of the M Group Highways working environment and the Zero Harm initiative at HPC.
