Where will you be working? We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure. This role will be within our Developer services team. Our developer services team connects water and wastewater services, installs lateral drains, and enables new developments access to vital water and wastewater services.
What will you be doing? You’ll handle the management of Subcontractor accounts from procurement to final accounting along with supporting the preparation of internal and external reports such as the CVR and DES. You’ll help oversee and prepare the forecasting and the valuing of change on the contract.
What you’ll bring: Do you have proven experience in the contract administration of Thames Water projects? This would be advantageous but not essential. Are you Degree Qualified in a relevant discipline? Are you a Member of a professional body, or working towards? Do you have relevant commercial experience, showing clear progression to Quantity Surveyor?
