We’re seeking an experienced and commercially astute Commercial Manager to join our growing Transmission & Renewables team! You’ll contribute to high-profile infrastructure developments that drive innovation and long-term impact within the energy sector.

  • Drive commercial success by shaping and executing project strategies in partnership with the Portfolio Manager.
  • Champion HSEQ leadership while inspiring and developing high-performing commercial teams through training and mentorship.
  • Support pre-Contract activities including delivery of detailed tender handover to project delivery teams.
  • Deliver robust CVR and all progress governance reporting to the senior management team, ensuring full compliance with commercial reporting rules.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Project Teams to optimise forecasts, cashflow, and business plan performance.
  • Ensure contractual compliance across the Project teams to ensure full recovery of all entitlement, provide coaching and training as required.
  • Spearhead improvements in regional commercial performance through innovation, training, and strategic leadership.
  • Expert knowledge of standard forms of contract including NEC 3/4, JCT & FIDIC.
  • Understanding of programme techniques and project controls.
  • Full UK driving licence willingness to travel across regional sites.
