As a Roofer, you'll play an important role in helping us deliver energy efficiency and renewable energy improvements to homes across Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire. Working as part of our installation team, you'll carry out roofing repairs, maintenance and solar PV installation work, ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.

You’ll use your roofing expertise to identify issues, recommend solutions and support customers throughout the installation journey, helping to create warmer, more sustainable homes.

  • Diagnosing and repairing a wide range of roofing issues on pitched and flat roofs
  • Installing and replacing roof tiles, slates, felt, leadwork and cement work, including ridges and verges
  • Installing solar PV mounting systems and solar panels in line with industry standards and regulations
  • Managing roofing projects from start to finish, including material preparation, installation and site clean-up
  • Using company systems to receive, update and close jobs, including uploading photographs and job notes
  • Maintaining high standards of workmanship and right-first-time delivery
  • Building positive relationships with residents, clients and colleagues
  • Ensuring work areas are left safe, tidy and ready for customer use
  • Following health and safety procedures at all times, particularly when working at height
  • Supporting installation teams with technical roofing expertise when required

  • Knowledge of solar PV installations and MCS regulations
  • Experience working safely at height
  • Understanding of site health and safety requirements

  • PASMA Certification
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Comfortable travelling across Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire
  • Flexible to occasionally work outside normal hours and stay away from home when required for training, meetings or business needs

  • Experience using mobile job management systems
  • NVQ Level 2 in a roofing discipline
  • NOCN PV Roofing qualification
