Where will you be working?
At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future. We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators. Private networks - We find the best technology, manage assets and refresh systems. With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape.
What will you be doing?
You will support the full service-delivery lifecycle, managing inventory and assets within the Belfast warehouse while maintaining safety and ISO compliance. The role provides essential coordination between the warehouse and field engineering, alongside administrative support to project teams. Your duties include:
- Goods-in/goods-out control
- Monthly stock audits
- Safe material handling
- Equipment hire and certification
- PPE management
- Vendor liaison
- Courier coordination
- Maintaining warehouse facilities and machinery
You will oversee spares deliveries, site access, and produce stock and fault reports. Additional responsibilities include facility checks, ISO and BCP support, Fire Marshal and First Aid duties, and operational administration for the Service Manager. Reports to the Head of Logistics, with daily BAU oversight from the local Service Manager, and collaborates with NOC, Field Engineering, Project Managers, Suppliers, and Network Management teams. No direct budget ownership but required to provide financial details on stockholding and assets.
What you’ll bring?
- Valid FLT licence and manual-handling experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems such as Salesforce/FSL
- Strong understanding of stock control, asset calibration, and courier management, with experience operating in fast-paced service environments under tight SLAs
- Excellent verbal and written communication for managing engineers and customers
- Proactive problem-solver able to resolve scheduling and logistical challenges
- Highly organised, capable of coordinating multiple activities with accuracy
