We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.
Want to be a part of it?
You’ll ensure full compliance with CDM regulations, Health & Safety standards, and all relevant environmental requirements. We’ll need you to remain up to date with emerging technologies and implement improvements where beneficial, along with completing all tasks in line with current corporate systems, documentation standards and controls, ensuring alignment with legal, policy and industry requirements.
You’ll deliver tasks within agreed timescales and according to programme milestones and liaise effectively with internal teams, clients and third-party stakeholders to ensure work is completed in the most cost-effective and timely manner. You’ll prepare accurate statutory notices for private land and easements in accordance with client specifications and established procedures as well as identifying and implementing out performance opportunities across all phases, including Investigation, Design, Detailed Design, Delivery and Completion.
We’ll need you to carry out self-assurance checks to maintain accuracy and consistency of outputs and complete all required quality assurance documentation throughout the end-to-end lifecycle of each task and within every stage of the scheme.
What you’ll bring
- Are you educated to A-Level or BTEC National (or equivalent)?
- Are you proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook, with working knowledge of AutoCAD 2D and GIS software?
- Do you have a good foundational understanding of water hydraulic network systems, gained through previous experience or relevant education?
- Are you able to work independently using initiative, while also operating effectively as part of a team?
