At M Group Telecom, we enhance telecom networks and play a lead role in delivering tech-enabled futures. Our Fixed Networks team provides turnkey solutions for surveying, designing, building, and commissioning new networks, as well as supporting the repair, maintenance, and operation of existing networks.
We are looking for a SHEQ Advisor who understands safety, health, environment, and quality. You will work across Bristol and the South West, supporting teams and assisting with new business acquisition. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with safety regulations and improving ways of working.
You must have a NEBOSH qualification, hold a UK driving licence, and have experience in utilities or telecoms. Visiting sites to assess practices and sharing findings to help others learn will be key aspects of your role.
In this position, you will bring skills and experience in safety, health, environment, and quality standards, including risk assessment, incident investigation, and compliance. Excellent communication skills, collaboration, and a proactive problem-solving approach are essential. Your commitment to continuous improvement and adaptability to changing regulations will help maintain high standards.
