At M Group Telecom, we enable and enhance telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech-enabled future. We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators. This role will be within our Fixed networks team, supporting the provision of turnkey solutions for surveying, designing, building, and commissioning new networks, while also supporting the repair, maintenance, and operation of existing networks.

We are looking for someone who understands safety, health, environment, and quality. You will work across Bristol and the South West, supporting teams and helping with new business acquisition. You will help ensure compliance with safety rules and keep work safe.

You must have a NEBOSH qualification, hold a UK driving licence, and have experience in utilities or telecoms. If you have worked in both, that is advantageous. You will visit sites to assess operations, improve ways of working, and share findings to help others learn. This role is for someone who wants to make a difference by keeping people safe and supporting change.

In the role of a SHEQ Advisor, you will bring a wealth of skills and experience, including a strong understanding of safety, health, environment, and quality standards. Your expertise in risk assessment, incident investigation, and compliance will be crucial. You should have excellent communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Your dedication to continuous improvement and adaptability to changing regulations will ensure the highest standards are maintained.
