Where will you be working? At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech-enabled future. We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private, and mobile operators. Mobile networks - We keep the country connected through the survey, design, installation, and maintenance of private 5G networks, small cells, supporting Smart Cities & Connected infrastructure.
What will you be doing?
- Identification of new sites for the installation of telecommunication equipment, including Greenfield masts, rooftop sites, and street furniture.
- Consultation with clients to determine network requirements.
- Obtaining aerial height panoramic photographs from identified sites.
- Preparation of search reports providing site-specific information.
- Undertake land searches and issue documentation to engage landlords for access to survey potential locations.
- Negotiation of terms including agreement duration, rent, review provisions in line with client instructions.
- Consultation with planning departments, submission of planning applications, negotiation with planning officers.
- Preparation of standard lease agreements and site valuations.
What you’ll bring?
- Skilled in managing customer relationships and expectations.
- Ability to influence, negotiate, and persuade internal and external customers and suppliers at all levels.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the acquisition of telecommunications infrastructure.
- Excellent working knowledge of the Electronic Communications Code.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Capable of owning a portfolio of sites from start to legal completion and handover.
- Excellent IT and database skills (MS Office, MS Project, MS Excel, MS Access).
