Delivering essential infrastructure services for life, while being safety first, and client and customer centric in a friendly, fun and respectful environment where you are encouraged to thrive.   Where will you be working?  This role would be based around Heathrow Airport- suitable for existing Trainers or Experienced HGV operators looking to progress their career to the next level. With experience in coordinating and delivering high quality training standards and mandatory skills. As part of our Resilience team providing resource services for a range of operational needs, including invaluable support to our client with onsite trained personal at short notice fulfilling key roles to support a controlled return to normal operations. What will you be doing? Training delivery. Support business through best utilisation of systems, technology, time, and resources, ensuring standards are met through high quality-controlled documentation, processes, procedures and imparting knowledge. Training delivery (AET L3, CAVA or equivalent accreditation for theory and practical training). In collaboration with other Resilience management team members establish, develop, and implement plans to ensure effective deployment of staff and resources. Minimise risk and determine effective incident reporting plans. Effectively communicate and liaise with training team, client’s representatives, staff, workforce, and subcontractors. Maintain accurate records including accreditation needs, Continued Professional Development, competency records and training material. Contribute to the enhancement of the quality of delivered products by identifying and introducing improvement opportunities. Share knowledge and coach other team members to support improvements in team’s performance. Keep up to date with legislations and current industry standards. Training assurance – IQA Internal Quality Assurance (accredited). Desire for self-development and continuous self-improvement. Full UK driving license 5yr Traceable employmentWhat you’ll bring CAVA level 3, IQA level 4, and HGV desirable. Create and control all training materials, support guides, test papers etc. Specific experience of health and safety related standards and regulations typically involving plant operations and or aviation. Persuasive with strong influencing skills with energetic and effective relationship. Ability to make and implement timely decisions to maximise service.
