Where will you be working? At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future. We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators. Private networks- We find the best technology, manage assets and refresh systems. With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape. Want to come and be a part of it? What will you be doing? As a Technical Design Authority – UC Voice, you will shape the networking landscape for key customers by defining design direction, conducting design reviews, supporting implementation, and maintaining documented solutions that protect digital assets and ensure system integrity, confidentiality, and availability. Working with suppliers, customers, and MGroup SMEs, you will govern UC Voice architecture, lead technical delivery, manage risks, ensure compliance, and translate requirements into effective strategies. You will drive continuous improvement, create test plans, run PoCs, conduct testing, document standards, deliver training, travel for testing and implementation, and provide reporting to support system performance and security. What you’ll bring? Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Unified Communications, or related field; master’s preferred. Minimum 5 years’ CUCM voice experience with design, implementation, architecture, and third‑party call routing support. Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE are desirable. Strong UC Voice skills across IPTrade, Voice Recording, Cisco UC Servers, HP Servers, VMware, CIMC, iLO, Windows, CDR, NAS, and VEEAM. Knowledge of SIP, G711alaw, Cisco CUBE, gateways, and modems.
