Where will you be working? At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future. We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators. This role will be within our Fixed networks team, you’ll join our people who support providing turnkey solutions for the surveying, designing, building and commissioning new networks, while supporting the repair, maintenance and operation of existing networks.
What will you be doing? Are you an experienced Fibre Build Supervisor with a strong background in Openreach operations? Do you have a deep understanding of fibre networks from spine to CBT? If you’re ready to hit the ground running and thrive in a dynamic, road-based role this may be the role for you! You’ll supervise and manage fibre network builds, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with Openreach standards. You’ll conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure health, safety, and quality standards are met. You’ll conduct audits and provide detailed progress reports to stakeholders. Ensure adherence to all relevant legislation, including NRSWA regulations. Oversee all aspects of fibre installation, including spine, distribution, and CBT connections.

- Proven experience in fibre network construction, particularly with Openreach projects.
- Comprehensive knowledge of fibre networks from spine to CBT.
- Strong understanding of NRSWA and street works requirements.
- A proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A full UK driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
