We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators. Private networks - We find the best technology, manage assets and refresh systems. With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape.

Magdalene, part of M Group Services' Telecom Division, is seeking a Solutions Architect to design and deliver technical solutions for a high-profile utility client. This hybrid role involves office-based collaboration, remote work, and occasional travel.
What will you be doing?
- You will be able to capture and analyse customer requirements to design scalable, repeatable, and customised solutions, utilising standard services where possible.
- You will serve as the key signoff authority for technical artefacts, including designs, test approaches, and operational handovers.
- Capable of influencing and collaborating with customers and stakeholders, ensuring technical and project outcomes align with design principles.
- You will build trusted relationships as the IP technical authority, offering end-to-end guidance.
- Ability to design, support deployment, and ensure customer networks are fit for purpose, with templated, modular, and industrialised configurations.
- You will oversee quality assurance throughout the design and implementation process to uphold standards.
What you’ll bring?
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in technical, solution design, or consultancy roles with SME and large customers.
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders up to C-level.
- Strong project management, business analysis, and design methodology expertise (eTOM/ITIL).
- Self-starter with a can-do attitude, adept at working under pressure to deliver profitable and innovative solutions.
- Proficient in Telco technologies (SDH, IP Networking, MPLS, Microwave, etc.), with advanced MS Office skills and industry certifications.
- University degree in business/technical subjects or equivalent preferred.
