We are seeking a Network Management Centre (NMC) Engineer to oversee our strategic network, facilitate smooth service transitions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high network availability.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee network operations and support rapid fault resolution to meet SLA targets.
- Coordinate with Service Desks and third-party teams for incident management.
- Utilize network management tools for diagnostics and impact assessments.
- Maintain 99.99% network availability and manage customer incidents.
Qualifications:
- Understanding of network management and platform tools.
- Proven experience in prioritizing activities within SLA.
- Experience in complex delivery involving multiple teams.
- PC literacy, including Word, Excel, Visio, MS Project.
- CCNA certification minimum; recognized technical courses preferred.
- Knowledge of high voltage environments (33kv-400kv) or National Grid services.
- Additional qualifications such as ITIL, ISO are desirable.
