Where will you be working?
At M Group Telecom, were enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.
We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.
This role will be within our Fixed networks team, youll join our people who support providing turnkey solutions for the surveying, designing, building and commissioning new networks, while supporting the repair, maintenance and operation of existing networks.

What will you be doing?
Were looking for someone reliable and hands-on to help manage stock and support our depots in East Grinstead, Crawley, and Gillingham.
Youll be in charge of keeping track of stock, making sure its received and issued on time, and helping to keep everything running smoothly. Youll work closely with our operations team, flagging any issues early and helping us stay ahead of problems.
Youll also carry out regular stock checks, both in our depots and with third-party suppliers. Sometimes youll train others too. Youll work with our Plant & Fleet team to make sure were following the rules and staying safe.
Youll take pride in keeping the depot tidy and safe. If youre working away from your main depot, well sort out transport. Some days youll be working on your own, so youll need to be confident making decisions and getting things done without much supervision.
Youll build strong working relationships with the people around you and be ready to step in when the business needs extra help. That might mean working late or travelling between depots now and then.
