Where will you be working? At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future. We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators. Mobile networks - We keep the country connected through the survey, design, installation and maintenance of private 5G networks, small cells, supporting Smart Cities & Connected infrastructure.

What will you be doing?

  • Must be able to think ahead of each process step to ensure parallel steps are completed where possible maximising efficiencies and limiting waste.
  • Responsible for the flow of information from the project owner to the team regarding the project.
  • Make the arrangement for projects documentation on the recommendation and specification of the owner and ensure that specifications are met.
  • Plan, commence, execute, supervise, and round up assigned projects.
  • Suggest strategies of achieving the project goals to the owner.
  • Monitoring staff performance to ensure excellence and adherence to specified deadlines.

What you’ll bring?

  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in telecommunications cell site deployment and sound knowledge of the Network Implementation and deployment processes.
  • Proven experience of site design, construction, planning and acquisition.
  • Good working knowledge of E2E site deployment process (Property, Design, Build and Integration phases).
  • Good Knowledge of The Electronic Communications Code, Tree Preservation Orders and Local planning authority processes.
  • A project Management qualification or working towards such qualification as Prince 2 Practitioner or APMP or PMP would be an advantage.
  • Working understanding of all matters in relation to mobile telecommunications infrastructure.
