Where will you be working? At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future. We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators. This role will be within our Fixed networks team, you’ll join our people who support providing turnkey solutions for the surveying, designing, building and commissioning new networks, while supporting the repair, maintenance and operation of existing networks. You’ll guide teams, solve problems and help us grow. This is a hands-on role. You’ll work with people across the business and out in the field. You’ll manage build plans, check progress and keep everything moving. You’ll also make sure we meet targets and follow rules. We want someone who knows fibre networks and how to build them. You’ll need to lead teams, manage budgets and deal with suppliers. You’ll also need to spot risks and fix issues before they grow. To do this job well, you’ll need: Experience leading fibre builds projects from start to finish A strong understanding of telecoms networks and how they’re built A track record of managing teams and working with contractors Good knowledge of health, safety and street works rules A full UK driving licence You’ll be part of a team that’s proud of what it builds.
