Where will you be working?
At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future. We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.
What will you be doing?
- Responsible for the design function for a key account, assessing, scoping, and defining design delivery across the programme.
- Develop and embed ways of working in the design team; leading continuous improvements in time cost and quality within the programme team.
- Ensuring that best practice is adopted across all elements of the design function.
- Manage design suppliers, driving improvements in quality and cost.
- Accountable for all health, safety, environmental and quality factors of design deliverables.
- Responsible for line management of design staff within the programme team; leading and developing design resource; running staff appraisals; managing talent development.
- Responsible for the management of all cost and revenue of the design function for this key account.
- Managing the customer relationship for design deliverables.
- Deliver client updates, manage client feedback and maintain positive client relationship.
